Consisting of KDHWD perimeter frames with formacel core for semi solid and particle board core for the solid core. Facings to doors include MDF, Weather Proof Ply, Veneers, Masonite or other products to specifications. Commercial quality or high traffic areas can be fitted with Solid timber edge strips to protect against impact to edge of door and to the elements of the weather. Doors highly exposed to weather we recommend metal cladding and metal channel capping to all edges. Glass openings can be cut to specified sizes or shapes including square, rectangular, porthole, elliptical and custom design shapes. A large range of glass can be installed to suit the customer's needs. Cut out for vents can be proved to specification.
